About me
My name is Lorena Victoria Lienhard and I have successfully completed my Master's degree in English and German Studies at the University of Zurich. With a PhD in progress, I am not only fit in the language, but also deep in the subject. I know the academic requirements inside out and know what is important in scientific texts.
It was with great pleasure and pride that I published my Master's thesis (linked for those interested). The dedication I put into my work shows my passion and skill for the German language.
I have always been fascinated by the English and German languages. Because of this love for the language, it has always been my dream to study German and English. However, literature was not the only subject I began to explore; linguistics also became an interest of mine.
I currently teach German at a secondary school in Zurich. Before that, I taught German and English at an international language school. During this time, I received many private enquiries and so I decided to become self-employed. I particularly enjoy working with teenagers and young adults – friendly and straightforward.
With enthusiasm, flexibility, and fun, I want to inspire people and lead them to their personal goals in an uncomplicated way. Whether it's support with editing and proofreading, translations for your company or tutoring for young people, adults or employees - there's something for everyone.
